In 1992, Mr. McDonagh founded Independent Claims Service, Inc. an independent, service-oriented, multi-line adjusting company. He has worked in the construction and insurance industries for over 30 years. In addition to being a Licensed General Contractor and Certified Real Estate Appraiser, he is also an expert in the handling of environmental, large loss property and liability claims.
